- Breads – soft tortillas, pancakes, muffins without nuts
- Grains – pasta, soft-cooked rice, quinoa
- Meats/poultry – soft-cooked chicken, meatballs, lunch meats
- Seafood – tuna, salmon, crab cakes
- Vegetables – mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, beans, steamed veggies
- Fruits – applesauce, bananas, berries
